The Privileged Access Management team is responsible for the management and delivery of PwC's global strategic privileged access management platform. The team builds strategic capabilities, enabling transformation efforts, embedding quality in all systems and processes and delivering the PwC experience to stakeholders.
Your future role as a
PAM SecOps Specialist involves assistance with core product support across all environments: Development (DEV), Test (TST), and Production (PRD). Key components include Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Application (PVWA), and Privileged Session Manager (PSM). You will also provide support for disaster recovery (DR) tests for TST and PRD environments, support privileged user on-boarding processes using PUU, PACLI, and rest API, and assist with daily operations, infrastructure monitoring, change planning, service requests, and incident management activities. Furthermore, you will help with the configuration of policy management for platforms and the onboarding and vaulting of accounts. This role is crucial for

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience.
- An extensive experience in strategic planning, controlling, maintaining, and monitoring of the privileged access management (PAM).
- Trustee, Defender & Sentry Certification is highly desired.
- CyberArk certification, or minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Experience as application and technical subject matter.
- A solid understanding of privileged access management services and related infrastructure functions that are applied to support.
- A good understanding of Management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Knowledge of industry leading practices like ITIL, Operations Control Quality and Process improvement systems (ISO 9000, SEI CMM, Six Sigma) and technical security operations and information security standards (ISO 27001).
- The ability to identify trends and escalate issues to the appropriate contacts.
- Analytical skills and know-how to report and analyze administrative, productivity, and operational data.
- The ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines and competing priorities.
- The knowledge of how to build and maintain strong relationships within the team and throughout the network.
- Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation).
- Good communication and collaboration skills at all levels of the organization.
- Very good client-facing skills.
